NRCIL is trying to assist people in Lewis and Jefferson Counties to obtain ramps.

Many of these individuals cannot afford to pay for these modifications. Some people need assistance just to get out of their homes. Your donations to purchase materials or provide labor could dramatically improve the quality of life for one or more of these people.

Independent Living Centers in New York State saved taxpayers $14,990,851 in the last year alone. These savings were accomplished, in large part, because we assisted people to stay in their homes and out of costly nursing homes.

Sometimes the distance between living at home or at an institution is the length of a ramp.
